Notifications - Announcements
Announcements contain important messages from Administrative users. Announcements can be sent by Administrative users, currently known as Ambassadors, Class Reps and Community Reps as well as members of School Staff. These are sent directly to you and can be read from within the app itself. They can even contain a downloadable attachment, perfect for handling extra information!
Notifications - Community Events
Community Events are events for big school groups. Like Parent users, Administrative users can create events. These are known as 'Community Events' and they can be sent to larger groups than a standard Parent Event, it's a great way to invite Classes, Years or even the Whole School to events such as the Christmas Fair.
