Parents who have been invited but do not sign up still receive Announcements and Community Event invites thanks to Classlist's Non-Member system. On occasion, you may need to manage your Non-Member contacts, either moving or deleting as required.
You can move non-members to a new class/year, or delete them entirely, on the 'Add and Invite' page, where they are shown as 'Invited Parents'.
To move a Non-Member: Click the 'More' button underneath each invited parent and choose Edit. From here you will be able to select their new class from a drop down list.
To remove a Non-Member: Click the 'More' button and select Delete. This will remove them from the system entirely (they will no longer receive any communication from Classlist).
To bulk move Non-Members use the 'Add and Invite' page. Make sure you select the class/year you wish to move all the non-members into. Copy and paste the email addresses of all the parents you wish to move to a particular class into the box.
