Parents who have been invited but do not sign up still receive Announcements and Community Event invitations thanks to Classlist's Invited Parents system. On occasion, you may need to manage your invited parent contacts, either editing, moving or deleting as required.
Managing invited parents
You can move invited parents to a new class/year, edit their details, or delete them entirely on the 'Add and Invite' page.
To move an invited parent: click the pencil icon next to an invited parent and choose the new class from the drop down list.
To remove an invited parent: click the pencil icon next to an invited parent and tap the red Delete button. This will remove them from the system entirely (they will no longer receive any communication from Classlist).
To send a reminder or invite for the first time: click the pencil icon next to an invited parent and choose the red 'invite/remind' button.
