You may have noticed that a number of different icons appear next to invited parents on the Add & Invite page. These indicate the status of your invitation, with each symbol representing a different outcome.
The green tick means that the invitation has been delivered to the recipient's inbox.
The yellow sun icon indicates that the email is being processed, it should not stay in this phase for long. If stays like this there may be a problem with the email address.
The green eye symbol indicates that the recipient has opened the email inviting them but they haven't yet signed up.
If there is a red warning triangle it means the invitation could not be sent, usually because of an error in the email address. To edit or delete the email address click on the red 'more' button next to the invited parent's name. When you have updated the email address click the 'resend invite' button to email the invitation again.
Parents with any of the symbols on the Add & Invite page will also appear on the All Parents page with a green filing tray symbol (below). This means they are treated as a non-member contact.
