From your admin account you can manage parents and administrators.
Approve parents page
'Approve parents' is the dashboard you use to approve parent accounts. you can access this from your phone easily, so you can approve people soon after they register.
Manage parents page
'Manage parents' shows you all members. Parent accounts are disabled there if a parent leaves your school community.
You can search by parent name, pupil name, class name or anything really.
On this page you can give someone Ambassador, PTA or Class Rep status. Click on the left of their record and choose 'assign to admin role'

'Manage Admins' shows you all admin users you have assigned.
