- double-tap three fingers and drag to change the zoom level
- or triple-tap to open the zoom controller. You can choose whether to show the zoom control on your screen all the time ('Show Controller').
On Android devices
The magnification feature on Android devices allows users to zoom in on their screen to see content more clearly. This feature is quite consistent across different Android devices, but there can be slight variations depending on the Android version and the device manufacturer.
How to Use Magnification on Android
1. Go to phone Settings > Accessibility > Magnification - Turn on the Magnification shortcut
You can choose how to activate it, such as using the accessibility button, holding the volume keys, or triple-tapping the screen
Exit settings to continue. Magnification is now enabled on your phone. This applies to all apps on your phone, including Classlist.
2. Using Magnification
Full Screen Magnification: Depending on the method you chose to activate magnification (see above), use this to zoom in. e.g. Tap anywhere on the screen 3 times (except the keyboard or navigation bar) OR tap the accessibility button etc. To stop magnification, use your chosen shortcut again.
Partial Screen Magnification: Drag two fingers to move around the magnified area. You can switch between full and partial screen magnification.
3. Customization
On Android 14 and up, you can customise the magnifier size, zoom level, and enable or disable diagonal scrolling.
