Key people in your Classlist community

The reps & admins page shows a list of key admin roles, this list is available on both the parent and admin side of Classlist, with a slight difference in each place.

This means that parents at your school can find key info to answer questions such as 'who is my class rep?' and 'who is on the PTA?'. While admins can double check which roles have been assigned to whom. 

Reps & Admins Parent Side

On the parent side, members can see lists of:

• Class Reps - listed against their class in the order of the school structure
• Ambassadors - listed alphabetically
• Community Reps - listed alphabetically

Clicking on someone's name takes them to their profile where parents have the option to get in touch by sending a message. Parents won't be able to see any details of staff admin roles.

Reps & Admins Admin Side

On the admin side people who have admin roles are listed together in the following categories:

• Ambassadors
• Community Reps
• Staff Admins
• Staff Admin +
• Class Reps - by class as per the school structure

From here Ambassadors and Staff Admin Plus users can assign additional admin roles as well as double checking who is in which role. Clicking on someones name will take you to their details on the admin side where you can change their admin status.

Ambassadors and Reps Group

The Ambassadors and Reps Group is automatically populated by the system when you appoint or remove admin members. You do not need to manage the membership of the group.

You can send announcements from the green admin side to the whole group or a post from the blue parent side to get in touch with all the current admins at once.

Profile Photos

If you and your team have not already uploaded a profile picture, make sure you do to enable other parents to see who you are. We find that this really helps boost morale and makes you more approachable.
