Your Classlist personal profile is a simple page that allows you to enter your contact information. To access the page, just click the 'View Profile' button. From this page you can also opt in and out of The School Run Map, and change your password.
One of the first things we recommend you do when you sign up to Classlist is upload a profile picture, allowing your fellow school-parents to recognize you easily. Just click the 'Change Photo' button and upload a suitable photo.
Once you are on your profile page you will see that there are a lot of options available to you, from the initial page you can quickly edit your contact information or change any details regarding your address. Contact information can only be seen by other parents whose children are in the same year as your child. This can come in incredibly handy when a parent can't remember where you live when dropping of their child for a birthday party!
Remember to click the 'Save' button before leaving the page if you have made any changes you wish to keep.

The School Run Map operates on an opt-in basis, and only those who have themselves opted in can see the locations of others; to opt in you will need to provide a full address.
NB: If you edit your profile and find the save button is greyed out, won't save, you have likely missed a required field. Double check your profile and make sure you have filled in the required blanks.
You may have also noticed the menu to the right of your screen, from here you can edit further details regarding your account.
The 'Manage Pupils' page allows you to edit any pupils you have at the school. If, as an ambassador you skipped adding this information to Classlist when you signed up this is the place to do so, make sure you have your Child's class and/or year group available.

The 'Manage Family' page allows you to add extra family members to your Classlist page, this is perfect if ever someone needs to get in touch when you're not around. Just enter the appropriate details and click 'Save'. You can also send the family member in question an invite to join Classlist!

At Classlist we understand that privacy is a very important issue, especially when it comes to your children, as such we have provided a simple to use system that allows you to edit who can see your information. You will have the option of sharing your details with your year-group or just your class. You can also remove your details from view entirely.
You will notice pupil details must be shared with at least the class, this is to ensure that you are a legitimate parent. If you would like more information regarding security, please click here or contact us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org
The 'Notifications' page allows you to customise the emails you receive from Classlist. By default you will not receive emails sent to the whole school, this is to reduce the amount of 'noise' Classlist generates in your email inbox.
You can check or uncheck the boxes how you see fit, depending on the information you wish to be emailed about.
